What Is Personal Growth Coaching

My approach to personal growth coaching is to simply be there for you as you do things to progress in life. It’s a calm, honoring, supportive process where you and I work together to get where you want to go.
A good example of personal growth coaching is a client I worked with who was at a point in her life where she didn’t know what to do next. She had accomplished a lot in her life so far but just needed some help to figure out who she was now and what she wanted to do next. Through the coaching process, we communicated back and forth and, over time, she was able to discover hidden parts of her that she had ignored for a long time but that she could now apply to move forward in her life.
A personal growth coach is really just someone who knows how to help you get where you want to be. Sometimes you might need help discovering who you are or what really excites you in life, on other occasions you might be working on a new goal or going through a life transition. The coaching process is about starting wherever you’re at and and giving you the wisdom and guidance to do your thing.
Because you’re unique, my job is to help you figure out what’s going on in your life and help you get where you want to go. You and I work together to help you discover and follow the path that makes sense to you. I’m here to support and guide you along your personal growth and conscious living journey.
