Personal Growth Coaching Agreement

This Personal Growth Coaching Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Guy Farmer operating as Bird Studio, LLC (“Mentor”) and you (“Client”).

1. Purpose of the Mentoring Relationship
The Mentor agrees to provide guidance, support, and encouragement to help the Client achieve personal and professional goals through scheduled mentoring sessions.

2. Sessions and Schedule
Mentoring sessions will be conducted as needed via email correspondence or 45-minute video call as mutually agreed.

3. Confidentiality
The Mentor agrees to keep all personal information shared during sessions confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or if there is a risk of harm.

4. No Professional Services
The Mentor is not a licensed therapist, counselor, or medical professional. The mentoring relationship is not a substitute for psychological or medical treatment.

5. Voluntary Participation
The Client understands that participation is voluntary and that they can withdraw from the mentoring relationship at any time by providing written notice.

6. Limitation of Liability
The Mentor is not responsible for any outcomes or results from the mentoring process. The Client agrees to hold the Mentor harmless from any claims or damages arising from the mentoring sessions.

7. Fees and Payment
The fees for mentoring services will be as stated on the Mentor’s website at the time of booking. Payment is due in full prior to the scheduled session(s) and must be received before services are provided.

8. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with written notice.

Acceptance
By reading or accessing this Agreement, the Client acknowledges and agrees to be bound by all the terms and conditions outlined herein.
